As we emerged from COVID’s shadow, Destination Toledo tasked us with helping get people to visit the region again in 2021.
We developed a marketing plan that elevated Toledo as a top regional destination for tourism to leverage the upswing in the drive market. We started local and expanded to overnighters, as well as initiating #ThisIsToledo for visitors to share their experiences.
Meeting the consumer at their own comfort level toward travel got them excited to explore again.
