DC Lottery wanted to support a series of scratch-offs that were named and designed for the city’s various neighborhoods.

A campaign was created to leverage the scratch-off launch by matching the designed tickets’ vibrance and romanticism with the District itself. A hip and gritty :30 TV spot captured the pulse and rhythm of DC along with the many ways people express how they feel about their city through music and dance.
