Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) has always been a valuable asset to the commuters in the Metro Toledo area.

With the success of the “Fight Highway Robbery” and “Join The Movement” campaigns that Hart Associates created for them, TARTA felt it was time to get moving on their new website. We were on board from the get go, and now navigating around their website is as easy as navigating around town.

In restructuring the site, Hart’s digital team designed a new look, enhanced the website’s overall usability and incorporated a content management system (CMS) to allow TARTA administrators to easily update important and critical information for passengers.

The team also developed helpful tools for riders, with links to route maps, traffic updates, detours, news and mobile alerts.

Other features include information on routes and schedules, fares and passes, rider services, and other helpful tips including how to schedule a trip online. We also provided fully accessible content for users with disabilities, making it easier than ever for everybody to get around town, even before they get on the bus.
