He also oversees archival masters for all clients and projects, making him the agency’s “Master Master.” (Not on his business card, but we’re working on it.)

James is a top-notch strategist. For identifying and leveraging new trends and technologies, he’s got skills. He has 10+ years in analytics, strategy, user experience, applications development and infrastructure, working with the University of Michigan, GM, Kaiser Permanente and others. Which is why he’s in charge of our digital deliverables and interactive teams. (Did we mention his dual focus in college was computer science and psychology? We’re talkin’ skills.)
