Hart Appoints SVP, Strategy/COO

MAUMEE, Ohio – Marc Paulenich has joined Hart Associates, Northwest Ohio’s leading integrated marketing and communications firm, as senior vice president, strategy/chief operating officer.
Paulenich will oversee all agency strategic initiatives, including digital, branding, media, public relations and creative. He also assumes responsibility for many agency controls and department operations.
“Marc brings a history of success and credibility as a brand strategist,” said Mike Hart, president and CEO. “I’m confident that his extensive experience in the field will prove to be an asset to our clients and the agency.”
Paulenich first worked at Hart Associates in 2002, and by 2008 was vice president of brand strategy at Hart. He left in 2008 to develop new strategies for marketing, operations and program improvement, including development of a formal voice of the customer program, at Teach for America, a New York City-based nonprofit.
Paulenich holds a bachelor’s degree from Hiram College, Hiram, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Toledo, where he is also an adjunct professor of advertising strategy.
