The last 3-5 years have been dynamic for healthcare marketing as consumers shifted more and more time to the Internet.

In fact, it is estimated that between 75 and 80 percent of Internet users have looked online for health information (Pew Internet & American Life Project, August 2008). Combine that with the birth of social media and onslaught of mobile applications and we’re certainly not in Kansas (or Ohio) anymore.
